We are NOT responsible for the security of your account name and password.
1.2) Never login your account(s) and password information to a non fastMU.NET website.
1.3) Do not give away your login information. The moment you give away your login information or personal information you basically gave away all the items that you have, including the account itself. Infraction of this rule is done at your own risk.
1.4) We will not take responsibility nor provide you any support with whatever issues that may occur to your account.
2. Items/Account Sells:
2.1) Buying / selling and trading accounts for real money is PROHIBITED.
2.2) All fastMU.NET accounts, items and any fastMU.NET related is a property of the server owner.
2.3) If you are found buying, selling and trading items for real money you will be banned permanently.
3. Refund Policy:
3.1) fastMU.NET Administrator(s) and GM(s) will NOT be held responsible for any lost / disappeared / missing / stolen items. Whatever the cause maybe we will never refund or give back any lost items.
3.2) Any donations made to the server are non-refundable. Buying credits and donations are both different things. We DO NOT sell fastMU.NET credits but we ONLY accept donations made willing by the user of the account. All donation value has its own credits rewards.
3.3) By becoming a member of a fastMU.NET, you are subscribing to server news letter which will be send out monthly.
4. Bug Abuse & Hacking:
4.1) Hacking fastMU.NET or abusing server bugs will result in I.P. address and HD ID being banned permanently.
4.2) No abusing ranking systems. Example: making fake guild wars.
4.3) No abusing 'found gaming bugs'. Example: You see a map that makes 3x exp it should gives and get high level because of this without telling administration. This will result in banned account.
4.4) No abusing 'found web bugs'. Example: You reset twice in website because a level-keep-bug. This will result in banned account.
4.5) We care for fairplay. Example: making fake guild castle siege. This will also result in cancel in your castle siege victory/register.
4.6) Any types of scamming will be given permanent banned. (Scamming includes: Buy and Sell, trade, offtrade and etc.). All logs will be investigated.
5. Other non-accepted facts:
5.1) Advertising other gaming servers will result in being banned permanently.
5.2) Open a Chargeback of any payment done will result in being banned unless you unlock the payment.
5.3) Respect the Admins/GMs: Who dares to challenge a staff’s final decision will not be tolerated. Your account will be banned permanently.
5.4) Anyone who dares to assist any person or players in-game and forum who breaks the rules will also be given a permanent ban.
For example: If you give assistance to someone who is selling items for real currency and gets caught or gets reported then he/she will be permanently banned without warning.
6.1) We thank you for donating to our server(s) and that we are able to enhance our server(s) for the better. However, there are rules to be listed.
6.2) Any donation made is non-refundable.
6.3) If you have donated once or 100 times, it doesn't matter, you are still equal with any other player(s) who hasn't donated at all.
6.4) Donators don't have more importance in what they say than any other players. This means, that every player that donates are to be treated equally the same as non-donators.
6.4) If rules are broken donators can also be banned easily just like any players
6.5) If for any reason a donator gets banned, all items in his account(s) will be blocked along with the account. It will also not be returned to him/her under any circumstances.
6.6) It means if the donator banned give away their items, it will be tracked and deleted and if people was involved in the case will also get permanent banned with the donator.
This is a FREE PLAY private server.
We do things differently than any other server(s).
